Yes. Unlike managed hosting where you are locked in, we set up the account in YOUR name. You have full root access if you want it (though we recommend letting us handle it).

What is included in the 'Setup' fee?

The fee covers the initial provisioning, security hardening (firewall UFW), stack installation, and migration of your site. Ongoing management is covered by our maintenance plans.
